For Audio/Video Streaming you need a PC intended for a specific purpose restricted, called Audio/Video Coder. This PC uses special coding software to convert your program into form suitable for broadcasting on the Internet. For Video coding you need a TV Card, while for Audio coding you need a FM Card. That coded signal is broadcasting ower BeotelNet Servers to the spactators and listeners all over the World.
